More 100 International observers will be here in the country in August to observe the national general elections. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs Permanent Secretary, Fred Fakarii said they will be here to observe how the upcoming election progresses.
Beside that, representatives from a number of NGOs have also indicated their participation in this year’s election.
Mr Fakarii said these observors are here to watch how this year’s election is conducted.
He also revealed that these internatonal observors will be here with a focus on women’s participation in the election.
